Gunjan Sinha is an award winning freelance science and
medical
journalist. Her writing weaves storytelling with scientific and
medical information to create nonfiction pieces for national and
international media. Her articles have appeared in consumer
magazines, trade publications, newsletters and websites. Before
turning freelance Sinha worked as life sciences editor for five years
at New York City based Popular Science magazine. She has appeared on
Dateline NBC, CNN, and been featured on several radio stations about
such topics as cloning, stem cells, and transplanting organs from
animals into people. Sinha grew-up in New York City and presently
